Dawn Staley is no stranger to hardware. The South Carolina women’s basketball coach has delivered many shiny trophies, plaques and honors to the university, state and Columbia since arriving in 2008. Wednesday, it was time the city gave back to the legendary coach and make her a permanent fixture in the capital city.
