The Citadel Treks North for SoCon Wrestling Championship Saturday

BOONE, N.C. — Just a few weeks removed from shattering the program’s long-held win record, The Citadel (14-4, 6-2 SoCon) shifts focus to challenging for multiple individual NCAA automatic qualifying berths — not to mention the team’s first league title since the 2003-04 campaign — at the Southern Conference Wrestling Championship, hosted by reigning champ Appalachian State on Saturday, March 9 at Holmes Convocation Center with complete broadcast coverage via ESPN+. The all-day event starts with the quarterfinals at 10 a.m. ET before wrapping up with each weight class’ finals at 7 p.m. ET.
