Venezuela’s Altuve exits after fastball hits hand

Team USA righty Daniel Bard’s 96 mph fastball hit Jose Altuve in the bottom of the fifth inning, leading the Team Venezuela star to immediately exit the World Baseball Classic quarterfinal game.
