Former first-round NFL Draft pick and football analyst Anthony Becht joined the show. He discussed his upcoming role as one of the new XFL’s head coaches and how appearances on the Home Shopping Network helped prepare him for a TV career.  

Will Vandervort, of Clemson SI and the “Bleav in Clemson Football” podcast joined the show. He discussed Clemson’s hiring of Erik Bakich as the Tigers’ new baseball coach and the direction of the program.

Blake Toppmeyer, SEC columnist for the USA Today Network, joined the show. He discussed possible life in the Big 12 as a swollen 14-team league before Oklahoma and Texas leave to join the SEC.

Veteran golfwriter Jeff Rude joined the show. He shared memories from covering more than 100 major championships and being the last man to interview Ben Hogan one on one as well as his thoughts on the PGA Tour-LIV Golf divide.  

Terry Strada, chair of 9/11 Families United, joined the show. She shared her thoughts on several PGA Tour members playing on the LIV Golf Invitational Series; discussed her organization’s mission; and shared memories of her husband, Tom, who was killed on Sept. 11, 2001.
