Creighton’s McDermott apologizes for language

Creighton men’s basketball coach Greg McDermott has apologized for comments he made after a Feb. 27 loss to Xavier, calling his remarks inappropriate and insensitive and saying he is “committed to ensure that this will never happen again.”
